Important Notes

  • At least one author per paper must register to include the paper in the proceedings.
  • An author may present a maximum of two papers. However, each paper needs to be registered separately.
  • At least one author must present their accepted paper at the conference for consideration of publication on IEEE Xplore. The presenter must be a registered author for the conference.
  • Registration fee includes conference kit, lunch, high tea, and access to all sessions.
  • The IEEE member fees discount is applicable only if an active IEEE membership number is provided in the registration form. IEEE members are required to upload their membership details during the registration process.
  • Students are defined as full-time students enrolled in degree programs at a university or a similar institution. Proof of enrollment (a valid student ID showing the student's name and current status) must be scanned and uploaded to the registration system.
  • Refund and Cancellation Policy : Registration fees, once paid, are non-refundable and registrations cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
  • Please keep your Transaction ID/Reference Number handy before filling the Google Form.
  • Please note, IC-SIT 2026 organizing committee will not be responsible for any financial loss caused by improper transactions during the registration process for IC-SIT 2026.
