Author Registration

Important Notes

• At least one author per paper must register to include the paper in the proceedings.
• An author can present a maximum of two papers. However, each paper needs to be registered separately.
• At least one author must present their accepted paper in the conference for consideration of publication on IEEE Xplore. The presenter must be a registered author for the conference.
• Registration fee includes conference kit, lunch, high tea, and access to all sessions.
• IEEE member fees discount is only applicable if an active IEEE membership number is provided in the registration form. IEEE members are requested to upload IEEE membership details during the online registration process, if registering under IEEE category.
• Students are defined as full-time students, enrolled for degrees with a university or another similar institution. The proof of enrolment (Valid Student ID showing name and current status) should be scanned and uploaded on the registration system)
• Keep your Transaction ID/Reference Number handy before filling the Google Form.
• Refund and Cancellation Policy: Once registered and paid the registration fee, a candidate cannot cancel the registration. The registration fee for the conference, once paid, is not refundable.
• Please note, IC-SIT 2026 organizing committee will not be responsible for any financial loss caused by improper transactions during registration process for IC-SIT 2026.
