A. Prepare Your Slides

Slide Requirements
  • Title Slide: Must include Paper Title, Authors, Affiliation, and Paper ID.
  • Thank You Slide: Add email, lab website, and acknowledgements.
  • Formats: Save as both PPTX and PDF.
  • Max Size: 5 MB per file.

Replace ### with your Paper ID.

B. Record Your Talk

Online Presenters Only

Online participants must record a video of their presentation with the presenter’s face clearly visible and submit the video.

Presenting author may use any one of the following to record while presenting your slides:

D. Live Session Day

Checklist for Online Presenters

  • Join the meeting link 10 minutes before your session.
  • The organizer will play your recorded video.
  • Set Display Name: PID ### Presenting Author Name
  • Keep a local backup of your slides/video ready.
  • Q&A: You must be available online immediately after the video to answer questions.

Since the IC-SIT 2024 will take place in Hybrid mode, the slides (and presentation video for remote participants)are required IN ADVANCE. Use the link mention below to upload slides (and video).

  • Remote participants are required to upload the slides and video of their presentation by Nov. 10, 2024. Please follow the guidelines for preparing and uploading the video.

Guidelines for PPT Submissions

  • Use standard formats like .pptx or PDF to ensure compatibility.
  • Test your presentation on different devices and software versions.
  • Use a clean, professional design with high-contrast colors.
  • Ensure text is large enough to be readable on smaller screens.
  • Limit the number of slides to maximum 15.
  • Please keep the file name as Paper_ID-Paper_title.pptx or Paper_ID-Paper_title.pdf (e.g., 445-Sample_Paper_Title.pptx).

Guidelines for Video Submissions

  • Use standard formats such as .mp4 or .wav for compatibility.
  • Ensure the video resolution is at least 720p for clarity.
  • Maintain good lighting and clear audio throughout the video.
  • Keep the video duration to a maximum of 08 minutes.
  • Preferably, include a clear view of the presenter's face in the video.
  • Keep the video file size to a maximum of 250 MB.
  • Please keep the file name as Paper_ID-Paper_title.mp4 or Paper_ID-Paper_title.wav (e.g., 445-Sample_Paper_Title.mp4).
