Carefully follow these instructions to prepare and submit your final, camera-ready paper in accordance with IEEE formatting and submission requirements. Ensure all revisions, copyright, and compliance checks are completed before the final upload.

A. Submission Guidelines
1. Paper Revision
- Revise your paper based on reviewer comments in the Microsoft CMT Portal. Do not make changes beyond addressing feedback.
- Before submitting, verify the paper title, author names, and affiliation. Please note that once submitted, changes to these elements will not be entertained.
2. IEEE Format Compliance
- Strictly follow the IEEE Conference Template. Non-compliant submissions will not be forwarded to IEEE Xplore.
- Paper must be written in English using the available LaTeX or Microsoft Word templates for A4 format. Formatting may not be altered.
- Minimum 4 to Maximum 6 number of pages are required per paper in standard IEEE format.
3. Plagiarism Policy
Similarity index must be below 20% (excluding references). Papers exceeding this will be rejected.
B. IEEE Copyright Notice
For papers where authors are NOT employed by US/Crown/EU governments:
C. Generate Final PDF (IEEE PDF eXpress)
After adding the copyright footer, you must validate your PDF.

Rename the Final Paper:
PIDxxx.pdf(Replace xxx with Paper ID) -
Upload this renamed file to the CMT Camera-Ready Submission portal.
Go to CMT Portal
D. IEEE Copyright Form (eCF) Submission
To enable your paper to appear in IEEE Xplore, it is mandatory to transfer copyright to IEEE through the Electronic Copyright Form (eCF) process. Please note that no other mode of copyright transfer is accepted. Complete the Electronic Copyright Form (eCF) generation and upload final files to CMT.
Upload Camera Ready to CMT (if not already done).
Log in to CMT Ensure your paper passed PDF eXpress. Upload the final PDF.
Verify Author List in CMT
In CMT, make sure all the authors are added before you begin the eCF process. It is mandatory for all authors to appear in the eCF. To ensure this, all authors must first be added to CMT.
Initiate IEEE Copyright
In CMT "Actions" column, click "IEEE Copyright". This redirects you to the IEEE portal.
Redirect to IEEE Portal
Click on: "Click here to redirect to the IEEE copyright website". This will open the IEEE eCF portal in a new tab.
Complete the eCF Process
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the copyright transfer. Make sure all the authors are listed. Once the form is completed, a PDF copy of the eCF will be generated.
Save & Rename eCF
Download and save the completed copyright form.
PIDxxx-ECF.pdf (Replace xxx with Paper ID)
Final Upload
Return to CMT. Upload the Copyright PDF (PIDxxxC.pdf) in the appropriate section.
Go to CMT PortalImportant Policies
- A separate eCF is required for each accepted paper.
- Ensure all Author names match exactly between the paper and the eCF.
- No-Show Policy: Papers not presented at the conference will NOT be submitted to IEEE Xplore.
- Missed deadlines for Copyright transfer will result in rejection.
